AXS placed a great importance in providing a secured payment environment for you. The security tips suggested in this section will better protect you against fraud.

How AXS Protects You
AXS uses industry-leading secure technology and protocols to ensure your payment transaction and information are safe, whenever you transact on AXS e-Station (Internet Payment Portal).

  • 128-bit Extended Validated Secure Socket Layer (SSL)

Our online payment site is kept secure by a 128-bit Extended Validated Secure Socket Layer (SSL). All information that you enter on the site will be protected and kept confidential under SSL.

  • Payment Authentication

For payment, we follow the industry standard of authentication - your Bank’s User ID/PIN and 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) token/SMS OTP for eNETS transaction.

  • Automatic Timeout Feature

When our system detects that your payment session has been inactive for some time, your session will automatically be terminated. This will prevent any unauthorised users from accessing your billing and payment information.

Your Roles and Responsibilities When Using AXS e-Station (Internet Payment Portal)
AXS strongly encourage you to follow these guides to protect yourself from any unauthorised access.

  • Check your Bank account and notify us if you notice any doubtful transactions made through AXS e-Station.
  • Keep the User ID and PIN of your Bank confidential at all times. Keep your 2FA token secure with you.
  • Never leave your session unattended and close the web browser after use.
  • Notify your Bank if you have lost your 2FA token.
  • Do not intentionally disclose your personal or billing information to suspected websites.
  • Protect your computer from malicious programs using Antivirus software.
  • Check that you are using the official AXS e-Station. You can do so by clicking on the “padlock” icon in your web browser and confirming that the certificate is issued by AXS.
  • Ensure that you read and follow the instructions carefully before and during payments.

Protecting Youself Online
AXS protects you with security controls and measures that safeguard online transaction against viruses and malicious attacks that can compromise personal information.

As a user, you also play an important role for full security of your payment transactions. Check out the following tips for protecting yourself whenever you make internet transaction.

Internet Transaction

  • Set your anti-virus and anti-spyware to perform automatic updates daily.
  • Set your operating system to perform automatic updates daily.
  • Use a different PIN or password for web-based services such as email, online shopping and subscription services.
  • Do not click on links from emails or install any programs from doubtful origins.
  • Do not perform online transactions on computers that you suspect are compromised.
  • Remove file and printer sharing when your computer is connected to the Internet.
  • Regularly backup critical data and encrypt these data with minimal 128-bit encryption.
  • Delete junk or chain emails.
